Hardware approach to wireless EMG electrode realization

چکیده

EWEE include following parts: GUARD and Driven-Right-Leg (DLR) systems [2, 3, 6]. First system protects wire connections (on PCB, silver contacts with differential amplifier) against electromagnetic influence. The second provides better Common Mode Rejection Rate (CMRR) coefficient in range of 20-50dB higher. Another parts of system are: silver contacts [5], instrumentation amplifier with permanent gain 10V/V [4], passive low-pass 500Hz and active high-pass 10Hz filter, variable gain amplifier from 1 to 255 V/V for precise set of gain. Digital part of EWEE consist of low power microcontroller with integrated 16-bits A/D Delta/Sigma converter, and low power consumption wireless module transmitter/receiver in 2.4GHz band. Complete system is integrated on single PCB. Sampling frequency is fixed to 1024Hz.
